MonB5G successfully participated in Horizon Results Booster – Module C

Three partners form the MonB5G consortium participated in the Horizon Results Booster – Module C service and workshop “Assisting projects to improve their existing exploitation strategy”, namely CITRIX, OTE and EBOS.

The aim of this service was to strengthen the capacity of projects in using their research results enhancing partners’ capacity to improve their exploitation strategy.
Project activities and the research work done were considered in terms of Key Exploitable Results (KERs). KERs are results which have commercial and/or societal significance. The results selected for the discussion during the service were analysed from a viewpoint which is exploitation only and considering how they will be used to generate, after the end of the project, impact. This is the market/customer demand or societal needs/user point of view.
The service and the virtual Exploitation Strategy Seminar (ESS) provided the participants with the opportunity to work on:
1) the identification/grouping of key exploitable results;
2) the first definition of the related use mode;
3) the identification and mapping of risks related to the exploitation;
4) follow-up actions.
The ESS for MonB5G was conducted remotely, online.
